Thanks to Oaklandishh for the original design for this remix.
I have this on my Folgertech FT-5 with 713 Maker carriage. This version suits a Mellow BMG + Aero Extruder (right side). Print in PLA or PETG. Supports are only needed at the opening of the 5015 fan and the stepper mounting side.
I have also included the support file that can be loaded into Simplify3D if you use that.
