READ THIS BEFORE YOU PRINT
Parker Torch DSP360 DSP360-A-24-P10-80ER is missing the drive roll for 0.035" wire standard. As of this writing my torch came with 0.040" or 1mm drive roll which is useless - literally useless - in North America. Aluminium 0.040" wire in 1 pound spools is unavailable. 0.035" wire just slips. You can buy a 0.035" drive roll separately part SGP7020W-09 or SGP7020W-09U. I realized the parts in the torch were made of nylon so perhaps I could print one and skip the additional order from the dealer and have to pay for shipping twice. Thank you dealer for the error on your web page describing the drive roll as 0.035 when it is not and refusing to take any responsibility for it. Why are welding suppliers frequently such pricks? And why does Parker ship a torch with a drive wheel that is useless in the America's? I imagine my former dealer ordered the wrong version. A pox on his business.
Print this with the highest temp and strength filament you can. I used Polycarbonate and printed several so I had spares. So far the first one is still working after perhaps several minutes of welding. I had success printing at 105% larger or perhaps 110%. Smaller sizes wouldn't fit on the drive roll axle. No infill, print it solid.
I hope this helps somebody else.
