Update 02/25/2019:
Made the knob larger length and diameter, added more threads after the first one broke from use. Make sure not to bottom out the knob's threads with the male threads to prevent damage. The updated file is "ParkTool_TS-2_Knob.stl"

Sales guy broke the original knob. Use vice grips to grip the threaded rod the stock knob is threaded onto. Remove both the knob and the 19mm locknut clean the threads just because, proceed to install both the locknut and new knob. I didn't apply any thread locker to the printed knob at first, but it's been about 4 months since install and a boosted thru axle RW forced me to open my truing stands legs all the way so the locked nut managed to loosen itself, I added some loctite and it's been working just fine.
So apply a liberal amount of threadlock to the printed knob, (can also use spoke prep if you're in such a desperate need)
Print it large side down, pretty self-explanatory.
