screw-tube, parametric via fusion360 (modify -> change parameters);
the uploaded *.stl's are set for an extrusions-width of 0.48mm and 0.2mm spacing;
print them with corkscrew-mode (aka vasemode aka spiralmode) enabled, ~1mm bottom layer;
if you need a specific size - let me know it, i will upload it asap :)
