Korri on thingiverse made this. I changed some parameters in de SCAD file so that it fits a i3 Rework E3D Extruder:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:257811http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:415175 (1.75mm)
The hole for the sensor is 12.2mm, measures 12mm when printed in PLA at 195ºC.
