I needed to make some fine adjustments to this part to fit on a Delta Printer and making it parametric made it easy to do this. I used the trapezoid profile from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:321810. Everything else I did from scratch. There are 25 variables you can adjust which is a lot more than I needed. I attached a photo showing most of the dimensions. I included 3 stl files to show you some examples of different configurations.
You can probably use this with other Aluminum extrusions by changing the variables related to the trap connection to the Aluminum.
