As I had to get used to Fusion 360 more, I decided to design a parametric hinge for aluminum extrusion profiles. This hinge has a 270° swivel radius. It is designed as a print-in-place part, both halves of the hinge are interlocked, so no bolt is necessary.
The following parameters can be adjusted in the Fusion 360 template:
-Aluminum extrusion dimension (eg. 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, etc)
-Desired distance between bridged profiles (0mm for touching profiles, more to leave a gap)
-Gap between interlocking joint parts (adjustible to match accuracy of printer or output resolution)
-Screwhole diameter
-Screwhole fillet angle
-Thickness of mounting plates
