I needed 4 small diameter idler pulleys for a rolling plotter I am designing. The inexpensive ones that I have found do not seem to turn well & I could not find a previous design that fulfilled my needs, so this is the outcome. I created the design in both openscad & fusion 360 & included the source files so you can adjust it to most any type of bearings you want.
I created 4 sample STL files & included them.
Idler_Pulley_105zz_Bearings_L_Rev2.stl Loose fitting (.35mm tolerance or .7mm bigger diameter than bearing)
Idler_Pulley_105zz_Bearings_T_Rev2.stl Tight Fitting (.2mm tolerance or .4mm bigger diameter than bearing)
Idler_Pulley_625-2RS_Bearings_L_Rev2.stl
Idler_Pulley_625-2RS_Bearings_T_Rev2.stl
There are quite a few variables you can change, but probably the first 4 are the only ones you need to change for different bearings.
