A modular vial rack for standard HPLC vials, which can be set at 20, 30, 45 degrees tilt or upright. I'm using this to define a regular grid for an optical microscope scanner: https://gitlab.ethz.ch/trappn/smoccscan
Maybe somebody finds a use for it in a more standard application. The extra holes in the middle just serve as storage for antisolvent vials in solvent diffusion experiments. They are bit offset, so that they're always in the same place when plates with different tilt angles are combined.
