Still decided to upload when it's total failure.
For easier modeling and printing without support to get a flat surface, took a special case for lens when R2=infinitive.

As no proper condition implemented, model fails when tuning parameter outside a certain range. Changing fold numbers will need to hand-retrace the outline and redo the revolve action.
If anyone have suggestions or tutorial on how to do parametric non-repetitive feature correctly please leave comments, thanks in advance.
And Planning to do a SCAD/JSCAD version that can solve this issue as well as asserting the correctness of parameter settings.
Last but not least, FDM printing with 100% infill clear PLA seems totally unusable (as air gets in), if anyone have tried SLA technology or other(eg. milling/lathing clear plastic) that works, please also let me know.
