This parametric angled edge drill jig is to help drill holes in the edge of a material in any defined alignment. I created it to help with working on a set of rocket fins. In this case, I needed to cut a tab off the fins to allow them to pass through my fin beveling jig, so I made this hole jig to drill an angled hole through the fins before cutting off the tabs to allow for perfect alignment when gluing the tabs back on as well as added strength in the joint. This jig could be used for any case when a hole needs to be drilled into the edge of a part, and the angle is configurable.
To aid with alignment of the jig, a raised bump is on one side of the jig to show exactly where the hole will be. The fudge_factor variable in the scad file lets you fine tune the hole size to compensate for filament shrinkage, over-extrusion, etc.
