This is a parameterized version of Adrian's printable inkjet head. It is configured for 20mm piezo disks.

Added support for second o-ring (Adrian's change).
Adjust height of body if second o-ring used.
Remove clamp cutout if second o-ring used.
Reposition bolt holes so they are equidistant from the piezo and body walls.
Automatically compute tube clamp width.
It has still not been printed and tested.
