Here we go. I looked for an improved parallel stop for my new Bosch POF 1400 router.....actually I found one but it was quite expensive so I created my own one. You can fine adjust the distance between the router and the actual parallel stop with a screw which is mounted/fixed within the main body on the one side, the other fixed point is a nut in the movable part. The rods (I used stainless steel parts) are "loose" in the main body and fixed in the movable part. I guess the system itself is easy to understand. I assembled everything with stainless steel screws and as mentioned as well as the rods. Rod diameter is 8mm and the setting screw is M8x100. The printed parts are made from ABS material @ 50 mm/s.
