Upper gear drive reduction complete. updated files for top pot gear, top gear bracket and top servo gear. print a the 5mm spacer to go in-between the top big gear and the bearing. with the outside thrust bearing and the outside shaft collar, it should make everything rock solid.
Don't print the file that shows how it goes together, that obviously wont work if you do.
Parts needed:
2- Metal gear standard size servos ( https://www.banggood.com/JX-PDI-6221MG-20KG-Large-Torque-Digital-Coreless-Servo-For-RC-Model-p-973947.html?rmmds=myorder)

Various M3 Screws and nuts and washers,
most of the holes sized for M3 or 6/32 screws, I used m3 for almost all screws and nuts
You need to dissemble the servos and solder in onto the wires that run the internal pot and rewire them to the external pot. I drilled a hole in the aluminum servo side to run the wires out, I hot glued the wires in place inside the servo, kind of like a strain relief.
You have to cut the pillow block part off the pillow block bearing. I wanted the set screws on the shaft of the big base gear, but not the added wight and bulk of the pillow block.
the hole in the bottom base is for a 1/4-20 blind nut so that this can sit on a tripod if i want to. I ordered 3 of the carbon fiber plates, one is going to get bolted to the bottom of the lower base plate for added strength, and 2 for the main pan tilt plate, so that i can double side it, one side for antennas and the other for a diversity receiver.
The horizontal holes on the bottom base plate are for a small fan, to cool the 5.8GHZ repeater VTX.
I printed everything in Hatchbox black ABS, most of the prints are 40 or 50% infill with everything printed at 101% to accommodate ABS shrink
The vertical and horizontal tubes are 10mm OD (6mm ID) Carbon fiber square tubes from Ebay
I'm sure I'm missing something in this description, if you have questions please ask me.
This thing is big, I built it to handle 2 antennas, a IBCrazy 2.4Ghz cross-hair and a homemade 2.4 Ghz Helical. The plan is to add a third antenna to the array, off on the side, which will be a 2.4 Ghz Mad Mushroom or a Skew Planer. I have 2 ImmersionRC 2.4GHz receivers, a single receiver and a diversity receiver, one will run both of the antennas on the tracker, and 1 will be for the skew planer mounded to the side of the tracker.
I also included the SKP file, if you want to modify my design
EDIT: planning on redesigning this to use stepper motors. it would have better resolution and most likely faster and smoother tracking, will post a link when/if I get around to it this winter
