This is to fit inside the Deep Milwaukee Organizer.
I've design it to be able to fit 30mm foam at the bottom, with a 10mm gap between the top of foam and underside of tray. In the tray compartment you will be able to fit 30mm foam as well with about 10mm gap to lid.
You will need to buy a sheet of plastic or metal at 3mm. What I did to stop my tool get damage from the underside of the tray, I added 3mm foam, on the underside of tray. You can only have maximum thickness of 6mm for base of tray, you might not need the foam on the underside. 310 x 457mm, H x W
I've add some PDF files so you can mark out the sheet for cutting and drilling. There is a A2 Sheet with some measurements and 4x A4 sheets for joining together to make a template.
I have added 3.3mm holes around the frame for a M4 bolt, they will need to be tap out before hand. You will need 28x M4x8
For the support in the middle, I have designed a block that sits under the tray that will sit on the ridge in the middle. I have added 4x 4.2mm holes for you to tap out, for a M5 bolts. You will need 4x M5x8
There is a bit of cutting out to do, you will need to cut the sides in the middle. I cut mine so it is flush, and I do not have any walls in the middle.
I have added 4 comer supports and they will go on base of the Packout to support each corner of the tray. You went them to poke though the foam and the foam helps them stay down with a bit of super glue..
I got a sheet of Aluminium Composite 3mm from https://www.sheetplastics.co.uk/products/aluminium-composite-1.html
