a remix of Simhopp's and Mediocredesigns's wonderful frame braces, to fit a TronXY P802E.
these fit a P802E with 193.68mm center to center on the threaded rod.
and with the threaded rod 22.25mm from the base of the acrylic plate.
and now a 270.0mm Vertical Z axis brace.
update 3-25-17: lol i made a mistake and totally forgot how the vertical braces print, and made the left one unprintable. i've now fixed that with v17. also, the proper way to print the vertical braces is with the item 45 deg along the bed, and with the thin flat part down.
Update 3-20-17: with a suggestion from JackJakobs, i've put in an adjustable end stop mount on the left vertical brace. which was inspired by shadowtrk's design. i probably won't print this one out myself, since i have an inductive sensor on the way, but if you do print it out, let me know how well it works!
update 3-11-17: both vertical braces have been printed, they seem to stiffen up the top end of the machine well, but i think they could use some precision mounting on the base, so they are really locked in. i will add in a bolt hole so you can mount them to where the z-end stop bolts go.(done, v14) speaking of the z-end stop, i had to move it to the z end stop to where it's bracket mounts, and then move the bracket to the bottom of the X axis, and bolt it to the height adjustment bolt. it turned out to be almost perfect for the height of my bed. you can see the new position in the last photo.
update 3-10-17: now includes my remix of Mediocredesigns vertical frame braces. lengthened to 270.0mm and changed from circles to a hex design. these just BARELY fit onto the 214x214mm print bed. hehe
update: finally got both printed and installed, both fit my P802E perfectly. i'll consider these final for now.
in the pics: the rear brace was printed at a blistering 80mm/s and high acceleration (2500), so there is a lot of ringing and ghosting. (i changed the external & small perimeters to 25mm/s and the ghosting and ringing is almost gone, in case anybody wanted to know a simple fix)
update 2: added an alternate z end stop mount, that allows the braces to fit.
