This is my design of a complete X-Axis for P3steel 2.x.
May fit on any other Prusa i3 printer.
Redesigned from scratch. Reinforced.
Integrated belt tensioner. Tension force doesn't affect the Z smooth rods.
Belt is perfectly horizontal and parallel with MF126 bearings and 20 teeth pulley.
Standard M5 thread Z-Axis is im my opinion the best solution.
I designed X-axis 2 carriages. One for the standard (scrap) LM8UU bearings and one for IGUS RJZM-01-08 bearings.
Z-Carriages are designed for use with LM8UU bearings.
Carriage is compatible with the rework one.
Have a look at my modular bowden hotend mount: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:953811. Fits perfectly.
Best use with X-axis endstop mount: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1037870
These are the next parts of a complete series for P3steel parts. I redesigned every part based on my long time experience with the P3 steel.
Updates:
2015.10.01: X-axis part 4 ist now manifold/watertight -- now: v1.11
2016.02.11: Z-Endstop triggers are now mk2 version (short and long version available)
