Convert a simple oxygen mask into a filtered respirator. Using a tourniquet rubber band to create the seals for the valves. For the vent valve use a 24mm tourniquet cut to 63mm, fold and insert into the vent pushing it with a thin device. For the nose valve, place a smaller piece of the same rubber and cut to profile secure to flap with the small clip. I recommend fixing the blank plug and the vent with a small amount of silicone to ensure a seal in the joints. The grill should fit properly on the filter but you can sand it lightly for a better fit if it is to tight. For filter material this was designed to fit 2 CPAP filters, other filter material can be cut to size using the filter as a guide. I included the separate STLs and another STL with the full kit.
