Just another take on the flow rate splitter, screw the thumbwheels up the peg legs to give infinite control over the flow rate to either outlet. Intrinsically secure, no leaks are possible as there is no break in the tubing. I think that in a resourceless environment you cannot afford to bastardise or butcher existing equipment such as the nasal canulas to suit these splitters. This design does not require any extra tubing or the cutting of the canula tubing to suit. The canulas can be removed and set up for individual use if only one patient is in need and the quantity of canulas on hand are restricted. ABS Plastic.
