Was having trouble printing the headband without bad underhang supports.
Decided to slice into 8 smaller pieces with flat bottoms for ease and better strength ,
Added 8 screw holes: 2mm diameter by 6.5mm head hole's.
used 35mm wood screws.
Superglue once all parts fit together .
Size is unchanged so will fit the headphones the same
total print time 9-10 hours
