After I've bought a new bike, my old Klickfix clamps were too small for the new bike's handlebar with 31.8mm diameter. So I decided to design fitting ones, as I couldn't wait to mailorder the original parts.
After making the clamps I had to sand the adaptor housing to accomodate the larger diameter of the handlebar.
