This low-profile adapter can mount at the top of your desk, assuming your desk has an overhead. The selfie stick can slide into the groove and adjust length, so you do not have to use the zoom-feature of your phone or camera and lose quality of image.

This was the cheapest, easiest, lowest profile option I could think of to get overhead shots of my craft desk. When combined with the tripod feature of this selfie stick, it does very well at stabilizing the selfie stick and the whole apparatus is very rigid. My phone is nice and out of my way and does not take any desk space! :)
