Outfeed Table Sawstop 36 PCS

Outfeed table is in metric but conversion would be easy as most dimensions are based around the use of 18mm (3/4') ply. I've used arrays of 1/2' and 3/8' oak dowels for the rails and stretchers joinery. The top is two layers of 18mm ply. Base later is MDF and the top layer is hardboard. The hardboard top is held in place by a few short screws through the bottom side of the MDF. The MDF layer is fixed to the table with pocket holes in the plywood from the inside-underneath. The trim on the top is glued to the bottom MDF only. The laminate on the hardboard top extens 5mm over the seam of the trim. This keeps the trim from wobbling and is easy to replace in future if needed.
