Otto Taco is an established restaurant of delicious tacos located in Unicenter Plaza which is located at the side of Andares. Even though Unicenter plaza is smaller in size in comparison to Andares it has a complex variety of establishments such a Starbuck's Coffee, Superama and Peter Piper Pizza. Unicenter’s owner is Alejandro Fernandez and he visits it constantly, if you visit this plaza be sure to stop and dine some very good tacos and gringas.
