Custom tool for disassembling and reassembling Ortlieb pannier components.
Ortlieb panniers are kinda hackable, but the interior "nuts" that hold the exterior components in place are non-standard. Instead of an opening for a hex wrench being aligned with the thread axis, there are two offset openings, so the head of the nut can be broad, smooth, and flat.
Using a single hex wrench doesn't work that well. Using two without something holding them together doesn't work at all. At first I wanted a tool to do that, but while designing it, I realized that there is no need for the hex driver shape, you just need a large "two-prong" driver. This model is about the simplest design for such a thing.
The "flat_tool" scad module corresponds to the photo and the STL. There are a few others defined in the scad file, but this one works great for me.
