This is a light weight organic structured airless tire (Tweel) similar to that of a sponge
it is intended for dual extrusion but could be printed all in TPU with high enough infill to prevent the center from flexing.
Dimensions of the hub are included for custom application or testing
----------------------------------------------Print Instructions-----------------------------------------------
It prints well with NO supports
there is a lot of stringing with TPU so there will be need for post print cleanup for it to look it's best. print all of it flat on the built plate, the overhangs aren't an issue.
It is designed for dual extrusion, if printed separately the Hub won't stay in the Tweel.
--The hub and Tweel could be printed in TPU together and set infill to 100% if you don't have a dual extrusion 3d printer but this hasn't been tested--
if you want to design your own organic structured 3d model you can load your STLs into www.voronator.com which applies a filter to it converting it to a mesh.
