Optical Encoder to 80/20 Mount by FRC1073

For FRC used Optical Encoders and attaching to anything that can be attached to with 1/4 inch holes. The holes for the Encoder mount screws are the right size so that, when printed, the screws can be screwed directly into the plastic.
