OpenSCAD: static arrays -> static resolution by mechadense

update: as with OpenSCAD 2015-03 this limitation is resolved :)
This demo code illustrates how the lack of any dynammic array manipulation in OpenSCAD effectively inhibits parametric resolution in geometries using the polygon(...) command.
