This is 2D Openscad which generates SVG images of a protractor or compass.
In Geometry, the zero angle starts on the positive X axis and progresses counter clockwise.
In Navigation the zero angle starts at North and progresses clockwise.
You can use the SVGs to engrave acrylic with a laser, or you can change the Openscad code around to serve your needs.
