Weather you are in the middle of a colorful bazaar, a fortified encampment, a knights tourney, or the center of a caravan, you can always find some kind of large tent / pavilion. This model was designed to give you a playable yet great-looking option that can be multi-purpose, reusable, and enhance your table!
This OpenForge release is a large pavilion tent, with an entrance and removable top. It prints in two pieces with no supports needed. One piece is the open bottom and the second is the removable top.
Also included is an optional center pole with a wraparound table, rope, and lantern.
Obviously I painted mine with some colorful flair, but this is a multi-purpose item - particularly if you paint it in a neutral scheme, like linen or brown/green. Some use cases / ideas for the pavilion:
Multi colored / decorated gypsy tent or bazaar tent
Commander's tent on a battlefield with a few guards posted outside, a command table and a sleeping cot.
Knights tent with a horse tethered outside during a tourney
central tent with shared cookfire and bedrolls as part of a caravan or larger camp
The sign is available as another OpenForge item HERE.
For printing you should need very little infill, and I suggest 2x nozzle thickness wall depth for rigidity of the thinner walls. Images on here are printed @ .12mm layer height and 10% infill.
