This is an enclosure I developed with the assistance of Dan Fletcher, PhD, DVM Cornell University.
Additional required parts.
OpenBCI Board
Adafruit Powerboost 500C
Touchproof panelmount sockets
Adafruit Illuminated power switch
NCR18650B battery
NCR18650B battery enclosure
20cm female/female jumper wires
M3 screws
M3 brass inserts (for OpenBCI board, battery enclosure and lid)
M2.5 screws and brass M2.5 inserts (for Adafruit powerboost, can get away with just using double sided tape if you like)
The switch is wired to the Powerboost EN and GND pinouts. When these are connected the power output of the PowerBoost is turned off. Adafruit have a great tutorial on this here. The power switch's light picks up power for illumination from a VCC pin on the OpenBCI board with a 220ohm resister inline to drop the voltage since the LED in the switch is only 2v2.
