Onslaught at Base One

The USS Goliath (Base One for the Garacceons) was attacked on March 17th, 2845. The first shot was fired from a Slovenian Turret, leaving a devestating bruise in the side of the Goliath's hull, beginning The Sloven-Gara War. The battle waged on for what seemed days, as the Sun rose and set only after a few minutes on the Earth's horizon while in orbit. One Slovenian commander slammed into the side of the Goliath, causing a major power disruption. All the turrets imploded due to the disruption, leaving the Goliath defenceless. Eventually, the Goliath shattered, and then exploded, leaving the USRNT the victor of the first battle for Earth. Even though the main space-base was destroyed, many other forces in space and on ground are looming in wait for the Slovenian Rebels...
