OneUp EDC Adapter - Stan's Dart Tire Plug Tool Mini - v1.3 by qwertyphile

Mini version of my original design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4808579) to fit the small cap of the OneUp EDC v2 for storage in the OneUp 70cc pump which doesn't accommodate the large cap.
Since it's so small and difficult to screw in tightly I also designed a mini spanner wrench with dowel pins press fit with parallel jaw pliers.

I also designed it to work with an o-ring since the small cap didn't have one like the large cap does. I figure it's optional but I like the peace of mind that my plugs will be fresh when I need them. FYI, the Stan's plugs have some special chemical embedded in the fabric intended to catalyze the sealant on contact and I don't want to risk that washing away since it's a primary feature that caused me to switch from traditional "bacon strips". I didn't want the o-ring friction to unscrew the adapter when removing the cap hense getting it extra tight with the spanner wrench.

This tool threads (3/8"-24) in where a CO2 cartridge or standard bacon strip plug tool typically goes. Threads did not require any post processing when printed on Markforged X7 @ 0.050mm layer height. No supports were used.
The Dart plugs are pushed in with a 2mm diameter carbon rod cut to ~ 29mm length so that it protrudes precisely 15.5mm which emulates Stan's original tool. Press fit is tight so no adhesive required.
