NOTE: NOT FULLY TESTED YET - YMMV
A Bowden extruder design for use with the One-Up/Two-Up printer models from QU-BD. Supports the Ubis-style hot-end that ships with those printer kits as well as "Groove-mount" style hot-ends such as E3D and Pico.
Designed to work with my mechanical endstop bracket set (the left edge of the extruder has a bumper for tapping the X endstop).
Has a mounting shelf and ventilation duct for a high-airflow "blower" fan as well as a mounting point for Z-Probe servo.
Requires additional hardware:
various M3 bolts
various M2 bolts
various M3 hex nuts
various M2 hex nuts
Optional cooling hardware:
30mm x 30mm blower fan for Ubis intake cooling
40mm x 40mm blower fan for nozzle cooling
40mm fan: http://www.digikey.com/product-search/en?mpart=BFB0412HHA-A&vendor=603
30mm fan: http://www.digikey.com/product-search/en?mpart=BFB0312HA-A&vendor=603
Optional hardware for bed autoleveling (requires additional electronics due to printrboard limitations):
Standard Micro Servo
Normally-Open lever switch
Updated: changed Ubis mounting clamp to support an always-on blower fan that keeps the intake of the barrel cool
Also removed the cold-end mount since it didn't fit very well.
