This is a remix of the excellent Smorloc's "Inexacto Hobby Knife" to use with
any 1/4" Hex compatible handles and Xacto blades.

Instructions
Put the piece of blade in the holder
Put the holder in the sleeve
Screw the whole thing into the tool bit
Tighten until the blade doesn't move anymore
That's it
