You will need to print this using Ninjaflex or some other thermoplastic elastomer. You can use a heat gun, very carefully, to do just a little bit of finishing work. Also, it takes seven and a half hours for me to print the entire tire at 10ms fill movement. So I sliced it into 3 parts to make it easier to print out the entire tread.
