This 1920 building was designed by the firm of Van Egmond & Storey and built for Robert Bell Engine & Thresher Co., who operated here until 1927. The building was then occupied by the farm implement manufacturer Oliver Ltd. from 1930 to 1960. Subsequent occupants included Cockshutt Farm Equipment of Canada, J. M. Sinclair Ltd. (wholesale grocers), Kramer Tractor, Buy-Rite Furniture, Wosk's Ltd.
