This is a negative mold based on loubie's original positive Odile The Swan model. I printed this out in ABS plastic, poured in Rose's Metal, a Bismuth/Tin/Lead alloy that melts at ~208 degrees F, let the metal cool and then soaked the mold off in pure Acetone. I let it sit immersed in Acetone for ~24 hours then scrubbed away as much goop as possible and then resoaked for a further 12 hours to get this result. You might try printing in HIPS plastic and dissolving the mold in d-limonene, as it appears that will dissolve HIPS plastic completely, rather than just turn it to a goopy mess like Acetone does to ABS.
You will want to use 4-5 perimeters when printing, to ensure the metal can't penetrate the mold walls. I also print the ABS really hot ~260 degrees to get real good adhesion between the layers. Any cracking between layers is a path for the metal to flow into.
