OBSOLETE: Geared extruder with bsp fitting for flexible filament by RomanST

This is the cross-mix of the Geared Extruder by terenceang (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:456095) and my own direct drive extruder (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:859583, which is in turn a derivative from well-known Airtripper BSP v3 extruder: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:126778).
Update (June 08, 2015): Made wider holes for Allen bolt heads, uploaded DS Mechanical source file for the extruder, enjoy!
With MK8 gear and 1/4 microstepping you'll need approximately 150 steps per millimeter.
Update (June 29, 2015): Added updated files to address minor issues found with the initial version, not tested yet.
