I wanted a press for making chicken nuggets as well and love this burger press. I built it from scratch but used (parametric) by coffeeMaker's design.
The press is a bit oblong so the press only fits in one way. If the press seems to tight spin it around.
I also designed it to be printed at 0.2mm layer. I haven't tried to print it in other layer thickness.
