I bought a small childrens slide and though I would print nozzles and convert it to a water slide. And guess what. It worked perfectly!!
You also need
a submersible pump with 19 mm 3/4" hose connection
19 mm 3/4" hose (a short piece only)
13 mm 1/2" hose (enough to run from the splitter to both nozzles)
Please pay attention to elecrical safety when choosing the pump. A low voltage pump with isolated transformer or aquarium pump should be ok. I used a small boat bilge pump with a 12V transformer.
Nozzle: Print the nozzle upside down. Supports are required for the interior.
Splitter: Print two legs down, no supports.
Nut: Adjust "horizontal expansion" (Cura) to make it loose enough. I had to go up to -0.35 mm. No supports.
Generally, to print water-tight objects, print the wall and top surface with enough layers, adjust flow higher than usually and use "retraction extra prime amount" to compensate for oozing.
For outdoor use ASA would be appropriate, but I printed with PLA. Biodegradation isn't a quick process at all. If you use it just few times a year, it won't be a problem.
