The Noisless Raspberry Pi Microserver is a combination of a Raspberry Pi 3B or 3B + and a Renkforce SSD converter. The SSD converter can accommodate M.2 SATA SSD with up to 2TB storage capacity and is connected to the Raspberry Pi via a USB cable.
Since the Raspberry Pi 3B can be passively cooled, the microserver generates absolutely no noise.
We use the device the Octoprint 3D print server.
Release note:
X500-1000 Rev. 01
Alternative mounting solution for the casing top part added (Part X500-1211)
X500-1000 Rev. 02
The standoffs have been changed because the 10mm and 12mm lengths are easier to obtain. The lower part of the housing also had to be changed.
X500-1000 Rev.03
The standoffs are now glued directly to the upper part. A threaded bush is no longer necessary.
