This is a case for an ESP8266 NodeMCU v3 from LoLin.
This Case uses no screws. Everything fints in because of friction fit.

Inside the source you have to enable the display, switch the INPUT_PULLUP pins to INPUT pins and look for the HIGH levels of the sensor signals.
