Magnets keep pan and luber together for when you want to lube your motorcycle chain and not make a mess. I designed this for the stock chain of a 2005 Honda Rebel (520x108).
The spout for the pan was redesigned for better pouring into waste container.
I used rare earth magnets for a strong hold on both the luber and the pan. I don't think it is needed. You could have a metal disk on one of them and a rare earth magnet on the other side.
Make sure that any solvents you may have used to clean the chain have long dried up or they may dissolve the luber as, in my case, it was made of ABS.
Print as shown in image #5, not as shown on STL files.
I usually have to scale by 10 all my drawings when they go into my slicer. It maybe because I draw them in mm and slicers may expect cm.
April 18, 2021 Added catch pan with flat bottom to prevent oil spills when setting it down on the floor or on flat surface.
