I loved the hitch designs by resqone6 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2385823), but like others I had issues with it fitting my CURT hitch in the USA. I found a remix by MustandFPV (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3186450) that fixed the size issue, but I really wasn't a fan of the RAM head. So I took the remix and with Microsoft 3D Builder I chopped off the RAM head to make a basic flat hitch cover. To take it one step further, I added a Nissan Logo by thatretroaussie (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3283579) using 3D Builder. Now this should look great on my Nissan Xterra.
For added look, Slice at a .2 layer height and swap filament colors after layer 112.4 so that the LOGO is in a different color. I used PrusaSlicer for the slicing and an Ender3 for the printing. In PrusaSlicer set your filament swap at 112.6 so that 1-112.4 is one color and 112.6-END is another
