I picked up one of these at a game store called Funco Land in Colma California back in like 1999? Didn't get the light bar you need to make it work, ended up disassembling it, rigging it with EL Wire, resin-casting copies of the body, and giving it away to a friend...I may have made some suboptimal life choices.
But now you can all 3D Print your own!
Update 10/30/2016
I've got the main body up (and the rubber bits); "studless" has no screw studs, "sewable" has a series of perforations along the bottom so it can be sewn directly to a glove or sleeve of your choice. Note that the screw holes don't line up on the bottom - mirroring the STL file and extending out the bottom would probably fix that, feel free to remix that if you're interested - I can't even figure out which studs were for holding on the circuitboard and which ones were screws that held the whole thing together, at this point.
Final? Update 2017-01-24
All pieces now exist. Extensive purpose-driven mods will be needed beyond this point. If I ever get around to making myself one, I'll update accordingly.
At least one of the backhands is backwards. The bottom, I think. Use the mirror function in your slicer as needed; I'm probably making a lefty anyway, because why on earth did they expect us to game proficiently one-handed, left-handed, on the back of our right forearm?
