This is my second iteration of a stackable battery tray, this one is designed to be 12V @ 6.6AH per tray, each tray takes 20 1.2V cells. I printed about 20 of these and then the customer changed thwier mond and wanted a smaller form factor, 30 of these makes a 200AH battery ...
you need to print one tray and one divider for the battery to work, the trays weigh 50 grams on cura.
put down a seperator, then a battery tray fill and solder, the seperators were redesigned with a shield that protects the loop over wires on the ends...
