This is a case for a NetIO GC10 Geiger Counter. It protects the bare board from damage, short circuit, etc... and protects you and things around you from the exposed high voltage going to the geiger tube. It has an opening to expose a large portion of the SBM-20 tube, as well as extended "pegs" to allow you to click the buttons, and holes to view the LCD, hear/see the click/LED blink, and access the I/O port on the back.
The case is held together using 4x 1.125" 4-40 screws. The step up converter fits inside the case, and the AA battery case has a switch on it, used to turn on/off the geiger counter. I simply used velcro to attach the battery case to the side of the case.
The case pictured is slightly different than the model uploaded... I manually modified the first one I printed, and adjusted the model to take the changes into account.
My GC10 came from user "pelorymate" on ebay, but I believe there are others that sell this model as well. You may want to make sure it looks the same (or similar enough), as it appears that there have been multiple revisions.
I attached the STL files, as well as the Sketchup model.
