It bounces from heights up to 100 mm.
Diameter 233 mm bar thickness 3 x 9.5 mm. This will take most of the space on an Ender 3.
The filled ball has a valve (two internal walls separated by 0.06 mm) but I've not been able to make the walls air tight (using Yoyi TPU filament) so I don't know if the valve design works.
