This is a work in progress and future improvements are bound to happen. Most of the changes are related to my PCB designs. I will add links to the PCB's when they are ready.
Please see the following notes on the changes to each file:
Bottom:
-Removed brabantia latch mount
-Added mount for a 7mm x 7mm latching switch to replace the function of the brabantia latch
-Raised and moved the NFC perch as high and far to the left as possible to free up room between pi zero and NFC reader
-Added mount for single front facing USB port. Part number: USB-A1HSB6
Top:
-Moved tray opening 2mm to the left to free up enough room for a 25mm x 25mm x 7mm fan
-Removed slot that was for original brabantia latch depressor
-Removed some of the tray opening parts that could be difficult to print. They are built into the lid pieces now for easier printing.
Tray:
-Removed brabantia latch depressor arm
Lid pieces:
-Lid opening trim now has the part that was removed from the top built in to make printing easier
Black trim:
-Clearanced a section for the front facing USB port
Single piece button holder:
-Combined the two button holders into one and added a guide to the front of it to properly space it from the front of the button hole openings.
Button caps and cartridge:
-Unmodified
